Please save the date for the 6th Annual BEEJ Charity Golf outing. For those of you new to Birds Eye or unfamiliar with the story of this outing you can read more about it here.
I’m very excited to be back at Pebble Creek Golf Club in Colts Neck, on May 4th for the 3rd straight year. They do an amazing job hosting the event for us and the course is always in great shape. We were just shy of 100 golfers last year and I hope to eclipse that number this year. There are a number of ways for you to get involved:
- If you’re a golfer, please let me know if you would like to reserve a foursome.
- If you work for a company that gets involved with charitable endeavors, we have sponsorship opportunities (we are a registered 501©3 organization for tax purposes) you can find in the attachment of this email.
- If you’re not a golfer but would like to get involved there is a Venmo account listed on the flyer to accept donations. We also hold a raffle at the event, so anything that can be added to the gift baskets is a huge help (restaurant gift cards, golf items, etc.).
We have also partnered with the Howell South Little League and are now the official sponsor for their end of year celebration and changed the name in honor of BJ. This is a great way for the league to free up extra resources to support the players with equipment, field maintenance and all-star jerseys. The league will make a formal proclamation about this on opening day, April 10th, which we are excited about.
